For information on the requirements to obtain a State of Iowa driver's licence please consult the attached photocopy of the Iowa Department of Transportation brochure entitled Attention Iowans: Stop: Read This Before You Apply for any License or Non-Driver ID Card that was received on 25 March 1998 by the Research Directorate.
