In accordance with the provisions of Para. (A) of Article 42 of the Constitution,

The Revolutionary Command Council have decided the following:

1. Residence term of a foreign worker in Iraq, for the purpose of work in the socialist sector's companies shall be defined as not to exceed six years;

2. Any text contravening the provisions of this Resolution shall be abolished.

3. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette. Authorities concerned shall undertake the execution thereof.
