A consular officer of the Embassy of Angola in Ottawa stated that he was unaware of any agreement between Angola and Portugal on the return of students to Angola following studies in Portugal (5 July 2002).
Correspondence received from the Consular Affairs and Portuguese Communities Branch of the government of Portugal confirmed that there was no such agreement (31 July 2002).
