Vietnam: 1. Please provide an update on the Vietnamese government's attitude towards Protestant Christians. 2. If a person was blacklisted in 1974, is this of any practical consequence in 2010? 3. Have ordinary parishioners been harassed by the government? Can they worship in their churches? 5. Do the parishioners therefore worship in private homes, secretly? 6.
