Articles 20, 21 and 23 deal respectively with residence authorization, validity period and renovation, and the cessation of residence authorization, while Article 4 refers to rights, obligations and guarantees of the foreign citizen who lives in Mozambique (Mozambique 28 Dec. 2003).
