From MOZLEGAL, Mozambique's legal resource portal, please see the attached December 1993 Mozambique Law on Immigration. Articles 20, 21 and 23 deal respectively with residence authorization, validity period and renovation, and the cessation of residence authorization, while Article 4 refers to rights, obligations and guarantees of the foreign citizen who lives in Mozambique (Mozambique 28 Dec. 2003).
