| Comments | Adopted on 26 November 2007. This Law shall enter into force on the eighth day from the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, and shall be implemented as of 1 April 2008.
This Law is not applicable to refugees from the former Yugoslavia who were granted that status under the 1992 Law on Refugees. |
