Comments	In this submission, UNHCR addresses the domestic legislative framework and practice applicable to the determination of the need for international protection of asylum-seekers of Sikh origin from Afghanistan in the Netherlands (Part 2) and provides relevant country of origin information (Part 3) followed by UNHCR’s interpretation of the relevant principles of international refugee law and human rights law (Part 4) to assist the Court.
