Comments	Refugee Regulations of 2002, which were issued by the Council of Ministers by virtue of the provisions of Section 32 of the Refugee Law, following submission to and approval by the Parliament, are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic in accordance with sub-section (3) of Section (3) of the Submission to the Parliament of Regulations Issued by Power of Law, Law of 1989 (Law 99 of 1989 as amended by Law 227 of 1990).
