South Africa: Supreme Court of Appeal

The Supreme Court of Appeal is the final court of appeal in all matters with the exception of constitutional matters. Unlike the Constitutional Court, which may hear only constitutional matters and issues connected with decisions on constitutional matters, the Supreme Court of Appeal is a court of appeal with general jurisdiction. Website: www.supremecourtofappeal.gov.za/
