As the Resource Development Director, you will provide leadership in designing, developing, and implementing the strategy for resource diversification of World Vision International Lao PDR. The purpose of this position is to lead resource acquisition for WVI Laos, securing a diverse mix of grant and private funding.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, a technical sector or equivalent practical experience of at least three years, in interdisciplinary areas within humanitarian industry, international development and program leadership.
- Understanding of multiple donor policies and procedures particularly DFAT, FCDO, USAID, European Union and UN Agencies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of program development and design, resource acquisition, major donors and multi-laterals.
- Direct experience in facilitating organizational change and designing OD interventions.
- Up to 15% to travel within the country; and annual overseas travel to attend Global/Regional Resource Development and Advocacy forums.
