Khalifa Al Haroon, also known as Mr Q, is one of Qatar’s most popular social media influencers. Khalifa was listed as one of the most influential people in the Middle East under 40 in 2018. Khalifa is an active voice in the Qatari community and uses his platforms to bridge the gap between expatriates and locals promoting coexistence among Qatar's multinational communities.

Khalifa is the Founder and CEO of the I Love Qatar (ILQ) Network and ILoveQatar.net, the first Qatari social website. Khalifa is also Co-Founder of RaqamiTV, an innovative online tech news channel on YouTube with millions of subscribers and viewers of its videos made by content creators across 18 Arabic countries.

Khalifa has been advocating for the refugee cause on his social media platforms since 2020 and shedding light on UNHCR's mandate and work globally. His support helped several UNHCR campaigns, including for Ramadan, winter, and World Refugee Day, reach a wider audience from diverse backgrounds in Qatar, the region and beyond.
