Intersectionality and the Age, Gender & Diversity Approach

These training materials introduce and explain the concept of Intersectionality and UNHCR's Age, Gender and Diversity policy. They were jointly developed by UNHCR and the University of New South Wales (UNSW) for UNHCR and partners who engage and work with people affected by forced displacement and statelessness.

We hope it will assist people to apply these principles in their own practice and organizations.
