Please find attached a package of documents provided to the DIRB by the High Commission for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in Ottawa in response to the question noted above (16 Mar. 1995). The documents included in the package are:
-Trinidad and Tobago Laws Governing Application for Resident Status. (Extract from Trinidad and Tobago Act No. 11 of 1976)
-Application for Residence in Trinidad and Tobago: Documents to be Produced [this one-page document includes a section entitled "The citizen or resident whose spouse is applying for residence will be required to submit in addition to the above"].
-Acquisition of Permanent Resident Status in Trinidad and Tobago.
-Solemnization of Marriage.
-Vaccination Certificate Requirements for Entry to Trinidad and Tobago.
