Twin bombings killed 38 people outside an Istanbul stadium on December 10.
Turkish police have detained 235 people suspected of "spreading terror group propaganda" and acting on behalf of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militant group, the Interior Ministry says.
A December 12 statement said the operation covered 11 provinces across the country.
Those detained included members from the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP).
The move comes after the Kurdistan Freedom Falcons (TAK), a PKK offshoot, claimed responsibility for twin bombings that killed 38 people outside an Istanbul stadium on December 10.
Hours after that claim, Turkish warplanes carried out air strikes against PKK targets in Iraq's northern region of Zap, an army statement said.
The leaders of the HDP, the second-largest opposition grouping in parliament, have already been jailed pending trial over alleged ties to the PKK, which is designated a terrorist organization by Turkey, the United States, and European Union.
