According to a letter sent to the DIRB on 14 December 1995 by the Embassy of Greece in Ottawa, "the information pertaining to the 'special document' is valid since 1990." Please note that this letter refers to the 'special document' that is mentioned in the attachment to Response to Information Request GRC22184.E. of 7 November 1995.
