There is no information specific to this topic currently available to the IRBDC. However, a report from ATA indicates that, as of 27 July 1991, Albanian nationals no longer needed visas to leave the country (FBIS-EEU-91-145 29 July 1991, 3). This information cannot currently be corroborated by the IRBDC.
