Comments The ICJ and Interights made a joint third party intervention before the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Boumediene and others v. Bosnia and Heregovina. The case concerns the handing over of six suspects by Bosnian authorities to US agents and their rendition to Guantanamo, and whether, following this wrongful removal, there is a positive obligation on the Bosnian authorities to make diplomatic representations to secure the men's return.
