According to the article 45, paragraph 2 of the Law on Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Bulletin of SRBiH, No. 33/90 and Official Bulletin of RBiH, No. 4/92), the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina passes:

Article 1

The children, citizens of The Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina who are presently on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia cannot go to another country without the approval of their parents or guardians and the Embassy - Department for Displaced Persons and Refugees, with its main office in Ljubljana.

Article 2

The Approval for all organized departures to another country of the citizens of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina who are on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, as well as those who are in transit through Slovenia, can be issued by the Embassy - Department for Displaced Persons and Refugees, with its main office in Ljubljana.

Article 3

This Decree is to come into effect on the day of its publication in the Official Bulletin of RB-H.
