The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria seeks offers from interested service-providers for the provision of Travel Management Services for the UNHCR Operation in Syria.
All interested vendors may request for the bidding documents (RFP) by sending a formal request to UNHCR via email to [email protected] (with a copy to [email protected]). The email request must include the tender reference number in the subject line.
Offers should be submitted through UNHCR’s online registration and bid submission tool – eTenderBox in accordance to the guidelines set forth in the tender documents.
Deadline for submission of offers is 25 June 2022.
يقوم مكتب المفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين بدمشق باستدراج عروض من الشركات المهتمة لتقديم خدمات إدارة السفر للمفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين في سوريا.
تستطيع الشركات المهتمة أن تطلب أوراق المناقصة بشكل رسمي عن طريق الإيميل من
[email protected] مع نسخة الى الايميل [email protected] .
على الشركات الراغبة باستلام أوراق المناقصة ذكر رقم المناقصة في عنوان الإيميل المرسل.
يجب تقديم العروض من خلال التسجيل عبر الانترنت عن طريق صندوق المناقصات الالكتروني كما هو مذكور في أوراق المناقصة الفقرة 2.6
