These arrangements include temporary residence permits, labour migration visas, humanitarian visas, and regional visa agreements, including MERCOSUR and UNASUR.

      Destacados
    Los miembros y socios dek GIFMM trabajaron para proporcionar orientación legal básica y / o asistencia a 22.564 personas en 15 departamentos, con la mayoría de los beneficiarios en el departamento fronterizo colombiano-venezolano de Norte de Santander y en la costa del Caribe en Atlántico y Bolívar.

    Más de 56.700 personas recibieron apoyo médico básico en 11 departamentos, y unos 10.400 niños fueron vacunados durante el mes en 5 departamentos. 1.700 niños recibieron atención médica básica principalmente en zonas fronterizas, donde los servicios de atención médica colapsan en su capacidad ante la emergencia.

    Más de 227.400 personas recibieron asistencia alimentaria en 8 departamentos: Arauca, Bogotá, Chocó, La Guajira, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Guainía y Santander. Más de 159.400 personas recibieron comidas servida en cocinas comunitarias, más de 65.500 personas recibieron bonos de alimentos en 4 departamentos y alrededor de 2.500 personas recibieron asistencia en especie.

    The United Nations stated on its Global Humanitarian Overview for 2019 that it is seeking USD 738 million to help neighboring countries cope with the inflow of millions of refugees and migrants from Venezuela.

    On November 22 and 23, the II International Technical Meeting on Human Mobility of Venezuelan Citizens in the Americas took place in Quito. 15 American countries were invited to discuss a Plan of Action proposed by Ecuador to respond to the Venezuela situation.
