In Afghanistan, a mother's dream to educate her children

Farishta hopes her two children will have the opportunities to build a better future for themselves. Her family is among millions of Afghans in urgent need of humanitarian support following years of conflict, and who fear, without humanitarian aid and a commitment by the authorities to uphold their human rights like access to education and employment, the future of their children is at risk.
