The Working Groups of Capacity Development and Minimum Standards have joined up for the first CCCM Tuesday in 2022 by coming together to offer a virtual training event on how to use the Minimum Standards in Camp Management in CCCM training sessions.
Since the launch of the Standards handbook last summer there have been many request from trainers on how they can incorporate this new handbook into CCCM training sessions. Therefore this session is planned to be both an information session providing background information to orient new persons in the field about how the MSCM were developed but also a practical session giving trainers references and slides to use in their own presentations.
If you didn’t know about the pre-registration criteria, please write to Elena (elena.valentini@acted.org) or Jennifer (jkvernmo@iom.int) and we will see if there are enough people to run an additional session.
Unlike other CCCM Tuesday events, this one is not open to everyone, but has instead been organized for CCCM trained trainers (or people that have participated in a CCCM TOT no matter at which level - national, regional, or global).
