World Refugee Day in Malaysia
Today is World Refugee Day, and, as you read this, an unprecedented 100 million people have been displaced by war, violence and persecution.
We have launched a special campaign to create a global movement of solidarity with refugees.
We ask everyone to upload their photo with our solidarity ribbon to show that they stand #withrefugees around the world.
Let us imagine a better future for refugees in Malaysia
For refugee and displaced families in Malaysia, away from their homes and communities, faced with poverty and hardship, their future is filled with uncertainty.
The COVID-19 pandemic and deteriorating economic situation globally has pushed many of those most vulnerable even deeper into poverty. Many have reported having lost their informal daily wages, and now face even more uncertainty.
From Syria to Iraq, Afghanistan to Yemen, your support allows us to reach those who have nowhere else to turn. Together, we can help families whose lives were devastated by circumstances out of their control to have a chance to rebuild their lives, and give them the hope they need to continue building a safer future.
Become a regular donor and help us provide ongoing support that will make a life-saving difference.
Together we can make a difference in the lives of those who lost everything. Your kindness can provide refugee and displaced families with their basic needs today.
On #WorldRefugeeDay today, and everyday, we stand #WithRefugees
