Bibliographic sources currently available to the IRBDC do not name a Minister of Tourism for 1985. Two sources providing information for that year name Mrs. E. Etienne as manager of the Seychelles Board of Tourism (Europa 1985 1985, 2:2520; Africa South of the Sahara 1986 1986, 818). One source names that body as the Seychelles Tourist Board, but provides no name for its manager (Africa Contemporary Record 1985-86 1986,
B3??).
One source states that President René reappointed his cabinet members in 1984, leaving them in them unchanged from their original appointment in 1982 except for the case of Dr. Maxime Ferrari, whose portfolios were taken over by René himself (Keesing's 1985 1985, 31:33326). Another source published in 1987 names France Albert René as the Minister of Tourism.(Encyclopedia of the Third World, 1735).
Two sources covering 1987 and 1988 name Mr. Ralph Adam as teh Minister of Transport and Tourism (Paxton 1988, 1956;Countries of The World 1988 1988, 69).
