When and where did you begin this sport?
He took up the sport in 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Why this sport?
The training helped with the constant pain in his back. "I had taken medicine for many years, but then I discovered I did not feel good and became tired, so I stopped taking it. I discovered if I train in the morning it releases the pain, so it is easy to motivate myself."

Impairment
In 1996 his car crashed into a tractor trailer and skidded into a ditch. The driver of the tractor did not notice the impact and Ojala was trapped in his car for seven hours. He has held a number of roles with the Vastergotland Para Sports Federation in Sweden, which include serving as a board member, an information officer, director of the education and information committee, and chairman of the federation's NCC Julstipendium scholarship. He has also worked with Delaktighet Handlingskraft Rorelsefrihet [DHR], a non-profit organisation for people with reduced mobility in Sweden.
