Sport specific information

When and where did you begin this sport?
He began shooting as a sport in 2002, one year before his accident. He was introduced to shooting Para sport at age 34 by his friend Ray Kane.
Why this sport?
He was determined to continue shooting following his accident. "When I woke up from my coma and they told me I had lost my leg, I was just lying there thinking, 'Right, do you know what? I can still shoot'. I fell in love with how technical it was and how precise everything has to be in order to shoot a perfect score [after a demonstration by another Para shooter Ray Kane]."
