He began Para skiing in 1992 on Cannon Mountain in Franconia, NH, United States of America.
Why this sport?
He grew up close to a ski area, so the sport was always of interest to him. "It gives me a lot of freedom and control over massive amounts of energy. And it's a ton of fun."

Training Regime
"When I am not actually on snow, I will spend a few hours working out each day, alternating between strength, cardio, and injury prevention programmes. When I actually go skiing, anywhere from 150-200 days a year, about four hours a day is spent working on specific skiing and racing skills, usually followed by a short workout."

Injuries

Impairment
