Sport specific information
When and where did you begin this sport?
She took up the sport in 2012.
Why this sport?
Her father introduced her to Para athletics as a youngster and was her first coach. She competed in the sport at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London, where she was sixth in the T13 400m and 12th in the T13 100m. Her performance at the Games made her realise that she would be unlikely to win a medal in the future, and she decided to switch to Para cycling after meeting a tandem cycling coach who encouraged her to try the sport.
