Kazakhstan has claimed one medal at the Paralympic Winter Games: silver in 1994.

Lubov Vorobieva took silver in women's cross-country skiing 10km classic style B2 at the Lillehammer 1994 Paralympic Winter Games.

The NPC made its debut at those Lillehammer Paralympic Winter Games.

Kazakhstan has participated in cross-country skiing and in biathlon.

Its best result at the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games was a 10th place for Kazakhstan in the cross-country 4x2.5km open.
