Brazil has yet to win its first medal at the Paralympic Winter Games.

Brazil first participated at the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games, when Fernando Aranha and André Pereira competed in men's cross country sitting and men's snowboardcross standing respectively.

Aranha competed in three cross country events with a 15th place in men's 15km sitting as the best result.

At the Paralympic Summer Games Brazil has won 301 medals: G87-S112-B102.

It won 72 of these 301 medals at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games.
