Here is the agenda with the different sessions.
Country presentations: The country-level shelter cluster coordinator will present their country and answer questions from the audience. These presentations will happen before and after the 7-17 June timeframe as satellite events every Wednesday from 14h00 to 15h00 Geneva time (CEST). This is the schedule of the country presentations:

There will be no country presentations from 7-17 June as the main events of the GSC meeting will be happening then. Additional presentations may be added to this list in the coming weeks.
Plenary sessions will guide the meeting, provide the orientation for the side sessions, and bring back the feedback from these side sessions. Plenary sessions are open to everyone, they will be recorded, and they will happen from 14h00 to 15h30 Geneva time (CEST).
- GSC Launch: Opening by coordinators – explanation of the meeting – update on strategy progress - Monday, 7 June from 14h00 to 15h30 Geneva time (CEST).
- Ignite Talk: Panellists (TBC) will present on the theme of the meeting and answer questions from the audience – Thursday 10 June from 14h00 to 15h30 CEST.
- GSC Meeting Closure: Summary of main conclusions and next steps - Closing remarks - evaluation - Thursday, 17 June from 14h00 to 15h30 CEST.
Side sessions: Participants are not expected to attend all of them but rather select those that resonate with their interest. All sessions are open to everyone and they will be recorded. They were as follows:
- GSC Working Group or Community of Practice presentations: All the GSC WGs and CoPs will present the highlights of their work in a very short petcha-kucha style format allowing for questions. All WG and CoPs will be jointly presented in 2 sessions.
- Thematic sessions: addressing some key issues of interest to the cluster partners.
- Open Space discussions: These are 45' slots available to discuss any topic that anyone would like to share with other shelter cluster partners. Any topic is welcomed from a proposal of a new global initiative to a good practice from the field. Topics can be submitted in this link before the 1st June.
