Ces directives techniques, outils et formulaires EHA font partie de la série standardisée du HCR pour les milieux de réfugiés. Ils sont le résultat d’un processus collaboratif avec les acteurs EHA qui ont des programmes actifs dans les situations de réfugiés. Il est reconnu que ces éléments EHA nécessitent un examen continu en réponse aux meilleures pratiques et aux commentaires provenant du terrain. Par conséquent, une revue continue sera gérée par un comité technique qui les mettra à jour annuellement.
