UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency - Weaam and her family left Syria in 2014, fleeing from bombs and bullets. 
Weaam had to overcome many challenges but eventually succeeded. Thanks to a scholarship program, she now studies Computer Science. She has great ambitions for the future: "My dream is to stand someday on a large stage to share my story and challenges and to encourage everyone to continue working to achieve their dreams."
