The 2019-2020 Regional Refugee Response Plan for the DRC situation presents the biannual inter-agency effort to capture the needs of Congolese refugees in the region. By the end of 2019, at a first stage, response partners aim to address the needs of 1,152,000 Congolese refugees in seven countries of asylum (Angola, Burundi, the Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania and Zambia), as well as assisting 1,588,000 members of the host communities.
