UNHCR and its partner organizations provide refugees and asylum-seekers in Serbia with the following services:
- Legal counselling and assistance;
- Counselling on access to rights and services for persons with special needs;
- Psychological and psychiatric counselling; and
- Educational activities and counselling related to integration.
Additionally, and after reviewing your request for assistance, UNHCR and its partner organizations may also provide the following services:
- Interpretation during medical and legal proceedings;
- Legal representation before state bodies such as the Asylum Office;
- Provision of Serbian language classes and vocational trainings;
- Assistance in search for job and/or accommodation.

- Psychosocial support and counselling: Psychosocial Innovation Network (PIN): International Aid Network (IAN), International Organization for Migration (IOM), Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF);
- Medical assistance: The Emergency Services (see below), Danish Refugee Council (DRC), International Organization for Migration (IOM),
- Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF);
- Interpretation services: Crisis Response and Policy Centre (CRPC), Humanitarian Centre for Integration and Tolerance (HCIT), International Organization for Migration (IOM), Danish Refugee Council (DRC);
- Assisted Voluntary Return to the country of origin: Serbian Commissariat for Refugees and Migration (SCRM) and International Organization for Migration (IOM);
- One Stop Point Miksaliste; and
- Asylum and Reception Centres.
