If you were recognised as in need of subsidiary protection

Family members of beneficiaries of subsidiary protection can only apply for family reunification three years after having been granted subsidiary protection and have to fulfill further requirements. If you are below the age of 18 or have children abroad who have urgent medical problems or will soon turn 18, you can approach the Austrian Red Cross for counselling.
