1	Wristband issuance control
2	This sheet allows to quickly track the number of wristbands issued by operator/date/location, and calculate the number of corresponding households andf individuals who received wristbands. For each household to whose members wristbands were issued, mark one bar in the respective Family Size box, five bars (= 5 families) per box for easy counting. Adapt this sheet as required, delete below sample data. See worksheet "option 2" for alternative tracking method - choose the worksheet which suits your operation best.
