Refugee Response Plans

A Refugee Response Plan (RRP) is a UNHCR-led, inter-agency planning and coordination tool for large-scale or complex refugee situations.
RRPs present the inter-agency response strategy and the corresponding financial requirements of all partners to ensure the coherence and complementarity of the humanitarian response.

Funding and budgets for Refugee Response Plans are tracked through the Refugee Funding Tracker.
The Refugee Funding Tracker was developed by UNHCR to help track funding and financial requirements for protection and assistance programmes targeting refugees.
