The Global Appeal and Supplementary Appeals

UNHCR’s Global Appeal provides information for governments, private donors, partners and others interested in our priorities and activities. Information is presented in a print publication and on the Global Focus website.
The Global Appeal 2020-2021 presents the financial resources that will be required in the coming biennium for UNHCR’s programmes to protect and improve the lives of tens of millions of people of concern.
All budgets and planning figures in the Global Appeal correspond to the programme budget approved by the member States of UNHCR’s Executive Committee (ExCom) in October each year.
