Singer Natalia Lafourcade has been supporting UNHCR since 2016, playing a key role in raising awareness for UNHCR campaigns and the refugee cause.
In 2017, Natalia recorded a video to help spotlight the forced displacement that is occurring in the north of Central America, a major contribution for our Children on the Run campaign. Natalia also joined other high profile supporters, refugees and UNHCR staff in our #WithRefugees campaign video, which encouraged the public to sign a petition expressing solidarity with millions of people across the world driven from their homes by conflict and persecution.
Natalia is also active via her social media accounts, amplifying news and stories about the situation for refugees in Latin America and beyond.
