Description
2019 marked the sixth year of armed conflict in eastern Ukraine.
The response by shelter and NFI humanitarian agencies developed around the same activities as in the previous year.
The Shelter/NFI Cluster reports achievements according to the 3 operational Cluster Objectives.
Operational Cluster Objectives group activities by type:
the first one includes core and immediate life-saving activities;
the second one relates to transitional solutions and the provision of adequate shelter in the absence of durable solutions;
the third one aims at stabilizing the humanitarian situation on a longer-term perspective
