One Stop Point Miksaliste

Upon your arrival in Belgrade, you may request assistance from the Commissariat for Refugees and Migration of the Republic of Serbia at the One Stop Point (OSP) Miksaliste, Gavrila Principa Street 15, 11000 Belgrade. The maximum stay in this facility is 24 hours. If you express the intention to seek asylum in Serbia, you will be screened and referred for further assistance as needed. If not, the employees working in OSP Miksaliste will refer you to the police station in Savska Street for registration. In case you need to wait for the registration process longer than 24 hours, you will be referred to one of the available asylum centers and subsequently be registered there.

OSP Miksaliste ensures contact of unaccompanied and separated children with social workers who evaluate the child’s condition and – based on an interview – decide on whether to refer the child to registration, accommodation in child social protection institution, specialized facility or asylum centre, and/or temporary accommodation in OSP Miksaliste while awaiting for registration or organized transportation to any of the above facilities).

NGOs who provide assistance to the unaccompanied and separated children at the OSP Miksaliste are Crisis Response and Policy Center (CRPC) interpreters and cultural mediators, Save the Children and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) for children with medical problems.
