You can leave a letter in the UNHCR Complaint Boxes (Red) placed at UNHCR and partner offices. You can also submit a complaint against UNHCR staff through: https://www.unhcr.org/igo-complaints.html
UNHCR has a zero tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse by UNHCR and partner staff. For any such complaints, please reach out to the focal person for Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) at UNHCR India. You can email to [email protected] or call on 1800-1035635 or leave a letter in the Red Boxes. You may directly write to the UNHCR’s Inspector General’s Office (IGO) on [email protected].
All complaints received by UNHCR are kept confidential.
