IMPORTANT NOTICE
UNHCR INFORMATION CENTRE WILL BE OPEN ONLY ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS FROM 9:30 TO 16:00, as of 29 June 2020.
The following measures are in place in line with global and national COVID-19 prevention measures until further notice:
– The number of any visitors in the Information Center waiting area should be limited to max two persons. Any visitors not essential to participate in the interviews should wait outside the Information Centre.
– The use of protective masks is obligatory for all persons present in the Information Centre.
– Disinfection of hands is mandatory for all persons entering the Information Centre. All persons shall be instructed upon entry to use the hand sanitizers installed on the walls next to entry/exit points and, if needed, wash hands with soap and running water.
