How to bid on a tender / event

Suppliers wishing to bid on UNHCR Headquarters tenders will need to register as a potential supplier via the UNHCR Supplier Portal, only suppliers with successful bids will be notified after the completion of the tender.
UNHCR Supplier Portal uses the term Event instead of Tender, this will be the new term going forward when referring to the publishing, submission & award via the Supplier Portal.
The UN Supplier Code of Conduct applies for all suppliers that desire to do business, or who are already doing business with UNHCR.
Submitting a Bid:
To submit a bid on an Event via UNHCR’s Supplier portal, please follow the instructions below. The event name will indicate the type of event and which corresponding guide should be used to complete the event submission.

The Discussion Forum is the new function to submit and receive questions about Events via the Supplier Portal, UNHCR will collect the questions and periodically post the answers. All questions & answers will be made public and as such, do not include sensitive information in your question.
