Results/Impact

Mothers from the community and parents are engaged in the educational needs of their children via the provision of in-kind support (labor).  The Parishes and municipal governments provided complementary support to the project (equipment, land donation). Ecuadorian and refugee children have a children’s centre that meets their physical and emotional needs.

Why is this considered a Good practice? It involves parents, mothers from the community, and authorities. Promotes integration and solidarity-based coexistence in border towns. Improves the infrastructure taking into consideration the natural, social and cultural environment of the border towns. It has been an exercise in working with the autonomous governments of the Province.
