Comments As a follow-up to his previous letter (S/2001/1154), summarizes the key developments in Afghanistan since the signing of the Bonn Agreement. Reports on the establishment of the Interim Administration and key commissions, also reports on security, humanitarian relief, recovery and reconstruction, and current UN deployment in Afghanistan; proposes a structure of UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan in accordance with its responsibilities under the Bonn Agreement.
