Syrian security forces cordon off the area following a deadly suicide bombing at a Damascus courthouse on March 15.
Syrian state media say two suicide bombings have hit the capital, Damascus, killing at least 25 people.
The state-run news agency SANA said a suicide bomber detonated his explosives inside the Palace of Justice, a court house in central Damascus, killing at least 25 people.
Hours later, another suicide bomb attack struck a restaurant in the Rabweh district of Damascus. SANA reported that an unspecified number of people had been killed and wounded.
The blasts follow twin attacks on March 11 that killed at least 40 people in Damascus. Syria's former Al-Qaeda affiliate Fateh al-Sham Front, known before as the Al-Nusra Front, claimed responsibility for the attacks.
There was no immediate claim for the March 15 bombings.
The bombings come on the sixth anniversary of the start of the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad.
The conflict has killed an estimated 300,000 people and displaced millions more.
