Please find attached a copy of Responses to Information Requests CUB5970 of 8 June 1990 and CUB6031 of 18 June 1990, which deal with the issue of nationality, and the section of the old Constitution of Cuba attached to them.  The latter document states the cases in which the children born of at least one Cuban parent would be considered Cuban citizens by birth (Blaustein and Flanz 1979, 12-13).

Additional and/or corroborating information, including details on "the formalities stipulated by law" mentioned in the attached document, could not be found among the sources currently available to the IRBDC.
