For information on citizenship in Zambia, please consult the attached Citizenship Section (Part II) of The Constitution of Zambia (Amendment) Act of 1996, which amends Part II of The Constitution of Zambia Act of 1973 and 1991.
Article 9 of the Constitution of Zambia indicates that Zambia does not recognize dual citizenship.
